Fake NJ 03 tea party candidate: Peter Destefano -Where are his FEC filings?

A search of the Federal Election Commission filings for candidates for US House  of Representative seat for district 3 yields the following:

Interesting that at this late date, there are no financial disclosure forms for candidate Peter

Destefano.  In addition, the only filing that could be found is the bare minimum to be listed as a candidate (below):

If you follow the hot links to each report, you will find no other links or information.  Perhaps it is time

for Federal law enforcement to get involved in what is starting to look like a clear case of election fraud and unfortunately has the fingerprints of John Adler all over it.
